For clarity... LAHO did not deregister. The stock registration was revoked by the SEC. And it never traded on any exchange.

And as I have said. One can ask their broker to deem the shares untradeable and take the tax right off.

The Value here is in the tax wright off and the lesson learned. For some, a very expensive lesson.
