Yes, but that thinking can be said for 95% of all pennies, but I am thinking massive upside first w/o an RS first, and see how it goes.. it just may go up well due to how beaten up it has been, and then later after investors eyes are on this, and they think they can attract bigger/better larger investors, they may RS just for that reason, but to me, this will be later... Let's see, Something will.happen soon enough here....
