So, to be clear, the principal failed in getting relief by attempting another BK including his wife and now he or she can not apply for another one for years down the road? I think the deal with the bk's was only a delay tactic to put off the foreclosure. I believe the principal agreed to pay something to the mortgage or taxes, but if history serves, that'll be ignored. The swamp and some shareholders think the dismissal is a good thing. I'm thinking they are in error.
Sec has always been ongoing. There was supposed to be some stuff about discovery with the SEC plus other factors by the end of Sept.
