Docketbird is actually total garbage...

I never should have posted that link, but as I didn't /don't have much time at present, I was just trying to post the dismissal with a link. Docketbird and justia and docket listings are for people that really don't want to actually know how much pain a person/company is in, nor what he/she/they are actually attempting to hide from investors.

And as an aside for those not following the plot (not you) - Foley filed for dismissal primarily b/c the SEC stepped into his mess after his initial filing. The SEC forced his hand - he could either not succeed in protecting his assets from everyone he owes, or expose himself to more jail time trying to come up with the documents the court required to rule and perhaps grant him Chapter 11 protection. He/his attorneys chose the former and lesser of two evils. He's going to prison and will owe the government $10 million in fines regardless.

Pacer is a great start, as it tells much more of the story, but even that resource isn't complete. It does however give you detail otherwise not available while omitting some that together would tell the complete story.

As example, via Pacer, you can see that Lisa Foley has filed for bankruptcy protection no less than three times, including most recently filing yet again while her previously filing was technically still working its way through the court system - good intel to give you an example of the state of the Foley family's pain at present.

On the other side, you can also get a full list of the creditors from David Foley's BK case, which is good and most likely includes creditors people didn't know about, but doesn't include the litany of creditors such as K2, 3D Content Hub, Access Wire, etc. resulting from lawsuits filed and won by those creditors in courts Pacer doesn't track.

I'll be around during happy hour (I believe) and will be happy to answer any PMs on the subject.
