#28561 RE: Gatta-git-it #28560

I've personally not seen anything to think the company is not shareholder friendly. I'm pretty easy going when it comes to this so I think I give a lot more leniency here than others. I don't need every little thing issued in a PR but if something material comes up I expect to hear about it. As long as the company is moving forward as planned and outlined, and I believe they are here, then I am, for the most part, happy. I get that we are all shareholders and deserve to know what is going on with the company but I think some people's expectations are a bit too high. In my correspondence with Peter he has said countless times that he does take the shareholders into account when making certain decisions. This not only includes NEA, Aisling, Perceptive, and Baker but us as well. A couple of months ago I brought up some concern about the share price and future financing with Peter. While I obviously didn't get any material info he did say they were working through specific concerns I brought up. He closed with this, word for word, "I’m committed to making sure the company is capitalized to succeed in the long term, but that I want to do it in a way that makes the best possible sense for our current shareholders."

I personally don't believe the larger holders care about there not being much movement in share price. They aren't looking for an exit right now so it shouldn't make much of a difference to them. If they are wanting to see some movement in the share price then I would be worried as it means they are looking to liquidate. They don't care what the price is now. They care about what the price will be in the future.
