Keytruda is not a personalized immuno-therapy treatment like DCVAX where the treatment is unique for each patient. It is a checkpoint inhibitor so it can be called immuno-therapy I suppose, but it is just like chemotherapy where it is the same treatment for everyone so they can more easily mass produce it. This is consistent with the chemotherapy business model. Like many checkpoint inhibitors it can have significant and life threatening side effects as well.
