Looks like someone prodded Moody for a down grade in order to get shares, so the notice goes out to TD Ameritrade knowing they would notify Stockholders. Screw MOODY's and JPM or who ever is short, they are the ones that I suspect launched this BS. This is the kind of BS that Carl Ichan is known for. Big bucks can buy any story they want to plant.
