If the SEC 34-87115 proposed document gets approved then it will affect all non-reporting OTC stocks like OCLG! Because the new rule will crash OCLG to completely ZERO --- No bid and No ask at all just like those OTC GreySheet Junks! Which is why huge dumping (60M shares) at 0.0001 last week!
