What you have to ask is what RSN supplied that can
be duplicated with better technology for less cost.

Can you give point to point tv with fiber cheaper
than sat and cable? Look at the verizon FIOS enviroment.

You can have point to point fiber with lots of
bandwidth very cheap, a partnership with someone
who had extra fiber bandwith in the correct locations
may be beneficial.
