You guys are forgetting that once obsessed Ted gets his hands on Moviepass, he said he's taking it PRIVATE. There won't be a publicly traded ticker.

HMNY is going bankrupt, while obsessed Ted will have Moviepass as a private company and not have to worry about SEC filings, lawsuits, etc.

Those "10 - 12" movies a year that lying Ted has been talking about for over a year now, you guys won't see any of the profits...because by the time that happens, Moviepass will be PRIVATE.

Out of 10-12 movies a year, MP films can easily earn about $100M profit, which would mean 5 cents, at PE of 10 we are talking about sp of 50 cents.....just imo
