Toxic Ted's new company won't be called MoviePass either. MoviePass in its current various companies, along with Moviefone, will be owned under Teddy's new holding or parent company. Bye bye lawsuits too.

Quite ingenious. Yet, to essentially change the legal entity holding the assets from Helios and Matheson to Toxic Ted Worldwide, after as fhe CEO and Chairman running the company into the ground, can be legally challenged as intent to defraud investors and intent to evade liability.

Hmny is the publicly traded ticker. Not MP. Hmny is unloading MP assets and liabilities and Ted. Will still be a publicly traded ticker without the cash burn of Mp, liabilities, and best of all without Ted. If anything, this could be why this is runnnin.
