They provided death spiral capital for that company, too. For years it has not operated. Adar Bay took them to court and caused them to shut down bankrupted due to legal fees.

I was a major shareholder but saw the light in time to escspe.

I see a lot of investors here buying into a reality that they don't understand.

It is so sad to watch.
