Yes that is what I said. But even if a private investor wanted to invest 25 million why on earth would they buy direct shares off the open market is what i'm saying. With less than 200k shares trading on average it would take forever to buy the shares. the price would skyrocket and they would pay more than $3 per share. They would do a private placement and get a better price.
