You keep missing the point. Saean shares are not on the open market. Hedge funds don’t buy stock from shell companies. Period!

They get their shares at a discount. say $3 APO price could be set at $5. they cannot possibly buy 5-7m shares X 2 investors without driving the price up above $3

Its the same few flippers and market makers causing the 100-600k daily volume. to get 5 million shares every share that trades for 30 days+ would need to go to them. the price would easily jump to $5 + in a few days.

They have no other option than private placement (pipe) to invest that kind of money.

Also if its an institution or hedge fund there are rules about investing in pink sheet they need to wait for the RM/APO to complete.
