Next question why would pipe financing buy shares at $3 if EMEM is trading at .13 and they do DD and see this trading at .13

They want 25 million dollars worth each. for a total of $50m they cannot get 16-17m shares or more off the open market. 80-90% are currently restricted or in the process of being bought and restricted.

If they started investing $25 million at market they would get about 150,000 shares and this would be trading over $3 imo They only way they can invest $25m is through private placement.
