The flooding will put a hurt on FRAN's bottom line going forward at this time.

When her bottom gets wet, it's time to change clothing.

Flooding shouldn't impact a woman's wish to update her wardrobe. A day or two later and she'll be twirling about in the nearest mirror trying to look her absolute best.
