There is no documentation that Cobroxin or Nyloxin did anything or if it had any cobra venom in it at all. The product has not been manufactured in years. I know people claim that both products helped them but they were homeopathic. They work because the people who use them believe they work; just like snake oil in the 1800s.
It is dragging out in part due to motions put forward. I expect that the SEC isn't interested in a deal and will wait for the court date. Charges of manipulation and interstate fraud are serious. You also have a barred broker working for the company. There are numerous other charges so the judge will be kept busy.
My wife has a few case files that are similar . They seem to take forever up here in Canada.
Yes.. seems as though if this was a menace to investors, they would have shut this down long ago. The SEC has been eating time by rewriting the complaints and now requesting a deposition with no apparent time constraints placed on them. How long before this moves again is anyone’s guess. That the time frames are frustrating is an understatement. To think that the delay is intentional is not out of the question.
