imo It's poor coverage rosemount. As mentioned before I had spoken to my PCP about Vascepa and was initially very pushy on Lovaza. I asked him why, as I had already been taking DS n-3 fish oils... he said he didn't think my insurance would cover Vascepa.
When I asked him to focus on the medicine and I'd focus on my wallet / insurance, he changed his tune. (plus I was asking for it to improve AA:EPA ratio, not specifically for CVD / trig issues)
