As "tethered vehicles", i.e. those that come back to a "home base" after each shift, FCEVs are a perfect fit here.
There is no need to use a gasoline engine to "fill up anywhere" when the range is extended sufficiently with a fuel cell range extender integrated with a battery electric power train.
The battery required is much smaller, meaning less weight an more space for cargo, always a priority.
And for zero pollution and less noise in the operating environments of the vehicle, like in cities which are increasingly requiring it, the FCEVs are ideal.
