To poobs and newgold.....the reasoning AND conclusion was spelled out loud and clear by the court.....NO JURISDICTION....that this case was appealed is a formality....JL appeals EVERYTHING and loses.....want proof....can either of you name ONE appeal that JL has won OUT OF WELL OVER A 100? I am looking for just ONE. Ya......"lower" court rulings mean nothing.....LMFAO!!!!!
