Im 99% sure no bank would touch a new product in debt without the sales to back up the debt yet. They need time , consistancy otherwise the bank is taking all the risk. Ive taken buisiness loans before and they are usually willing with a personal guarantee but who has 5 mill to back it? The reason they are paying so much in interest is because nothing conventional will tough this for another year+ IMO Jody has gotten it this far, i think his business sense is great and he is doing what has to be done to push this thing across the finish line for everyone involved... many just want to see more updates.
I have a private S-Corp concrete company Bank would not give me loan because I had to show profitability with three months of Bank statements which does not make to much sense when you need loan to tart business sort of because you don't have it. lol Money goes to money
