At first Henry announces his plan to buy back 5B of the 10B outstanding shares (at that time). Now the OS is up to 13B, with 31B A/S.

Something needs to come to fruition soon at PHIL, or Henry is going to lose everyone here (except a few who claim personal ties).

I'm invested here, as are many new faces that learned of the share dividend.

Need some transparency PHIL..and soon.
