This lawsuit is intriguing and hadn't thought if they are footing the entire bill for this. Maybe some company with deep pockets is helping, in the least, with advice, at the most, paying for part of the bill.
It would seem that Apple would need to be involved with defense of IP but don't have time to look up the Crucible charter as I am heading out of the country.
