Read between the lines.....Yesterday’s news was crafted up solely for the SEC and finra.....not really for us public. Saean could care less about the retrofitting business....it is not what they do for living. They are just creating a subsidiary for the purpose of parent and subsidiary merger. They are playing with the rules here.....and MMs are playing down this like it’s a NO merger action.
