I asked him about Smith on stocks writing it would take longer, and he started talking about process being longer than he suspected, because he admitted he thought topline would be around late summer, but things take longer than planned sometimes, etc. It was clear the SAP process was not complete. IMHO.

Cognate did not return my call.

PRs about the manufacture of DCVax-L and the SAP will be made at the proper time, imo. If DI makes any comments about these without authorization at this juncture, he will be terminated. It would be imprudent of him to comment on these at this stage. All he can talk about right now is the manufacturing plan for DCVax-D.
