Of course no one is selling. Who would be crazy enough to sell for 1.6 cents what’s worth 16 cents the moment the refi 8K drops (like any day now) and $1.60 by Christmas 2019???

Show me any other company on the OTC with $30M of EXISTING BUSINESS, $47M by year end, profitability around the corner, FINRA APPROVED dividends, and only 100M beautiful authorized shares.

There ISN’T another gem like ALPP :)
