0 Definitive Material Agreements filed w/ OTC pink
0 uplisting
0 hardscape or cafe franchises sold in 2 years

and of course FUNN doesn't own any US cafes? Since they were financed by private investors at 100%; and are wholly owned by private investors.

There is nothing that prevents the CEO from publishing Partnership Agreements or filing definitive material agreements well before any fiscal year end date.

all those fake forward looking projections from "3rd party witnesses" are meaningless

Look for some serious pumping/promo going on in the next 11 days, pps will likely rise, and the market will be disappointed w/the financials.
