The D&O Insurers Insured WMB Officers.

The issue goes away with the Title of WMB to the FDIC with "the Final Payment".

There is no issues when we have a "True Sale' of WMB by WMI to FDIC.

Witness to a settled event. DONE.

Settlements are consummated with payments.
