jhd, hi it's been awhile. Amerittade will set up GTC orders if you call, not online. The kicker with them is the cost. If it kicks in the percentage is outrageous! If you set it up with them get to it and change it before the sale happens. All the best, gg4............ let this end.

Then just make sure your shares are in a CASH ONLY ACCT, not one with margin on it.

Ask em if they can loan in a cash only acct.

I beg to differ with you.... I have TD Ameritrade, and I placed a GTC order at 200 dollars per share, and it was accepted... no problem, with my account...maybe you do not have a margin account, as your stock is not in street name....check that out... Lodas
