Can't really do that as the usual mechanism for toxic debt is a 15% discount on the VWAP of the previous 5 day trading.
So as the debt sold into the market the price gets lower the conversion get higher, ie more shares.Hard to figure how many shares as its a downward spiral.
There are about $400k of this debt, $94k of which has already had a default judgement that ACRL didn't defend so I guess that was a set up for the new crew.
