Well again not an opinion, maybe if you read the posts in their entirety, you would see I said 3 days or longer depending on FINRA, but it doesnt take months for an approval.
So you can assume they filed on in April, but we can all clearly see it was not approved 5 months later. One does need the "status" of the Form 211. No one is discussing where it is in the process. The discussion is " APPROVED", we know it is not because there is no TICKER, there is no QUOTATION and there has been no add to the FINRA DAILY LIST. Status...lol.. dont care where it is at, the FACT is there isn't an approved Form 211. That is the discussion, the result of an approved Form 211.
Nevermind the FACT they stopped filing all together and also not one single 12j revoked security has traded again...lol
