The only problem with that is there are other lawsuits out there still pending, and Treasury/FHFA needs to make sure that they are all handled in a way that satisfies the plaintiffs, potentially.

Treasury/FHFA is dealing from a very weak hand, and they know it....despite the attempted brave face they display in public.
