RED FLAG #1 UNRG is a DARK DEFUNCT company and shows an OS of 31.5 million and since TA is gagged not updated since many years it might be much more than that. Its CEO is dead so no one knows who their restricted shareholders are and what UNRG owes them and liabilities. Do you guys think $23 million NOL is good thing? SMH

RED FLAG #2 People are trying to pump Disanti as a Hero overnight while Disanti is a young individual who maybe trying to build up a career not an already a successful entrepreneur. Disanti owns another OTC company that has ZERO volume since years and he was unable to bring anything of substance to his old ticker.
So any reason why his other company still has no volume? I mean no volume since years, I am not talking about weeks or months. Why he hasn't done anything about it yet? So after Oct 04 its nothing is getting any better but worse wait game!

Why would any company buy a stock at 4000% inflated price that hasn't been granted a custodianship yet or reinstated? Were they sleeping when it was below a penny? Hedge Fund is a popular word among pumpers nowadays. Why would hedge funds invest in a shell company while tons of decent MJ companies are struggling to get any funding?

RED FLAG #4 FOOLS GOLD ENTERPRISE is pumped as a $200 million conglomerate LMAO. How can a company be valued at $200 million that has no money? Or Do they sell any products? What are those products? Which website? Where can one buy them?

RED FLAG #5 As per the video that was filmed in early 2017

Green Leaf supposed to IPO on Toronto Stock Exchange within four months. Then they were supposed to file REG A? Now it is already been 3 years no IPO OR funds raised whatsoever!
The video literally has 300 views and pay attention to comments where a guy has commented (2017), calling them a bunch of scammers

They were pumped as market leaders so I tried to gather info from my contacts in California, No one knows about them. BUT yeah my contacts did mention the well known companies which has product and service and that everyone else knows.
