I fear you are just beating a dead-horse bear trap.
The error is your logic is believing that the debate is above board and by presenting indisputable facts minds will be changed.
Do you really think you might get a response like:
"Ahhh now I understand. Linda is not a no-good dirty-rat thieving CEO, she is a bonafide CEO who has risked a boat load of her own money."

Her husband lost money. Then he divorced her.

Smart man. I divorced NWBO almost a year ago and felt much better after.

Of course I was only married to it for almost seven years, I think he had more skin in the game, so to speak.

Not sure who got the Toucan. lol

As I told you earlier, Linda invested many, many millions in this company and basically lost it all. Have you looked up those figures yet? Have you done any real due diligence? They’re all in the 10ks. Just go back to the early 2000s, particularly around the time of the recession. Then do a little math to figure the cost to her of the two reverse splits. She’s lost money, not made it on this stock. The only way she makes money is if the price of the stock goes up, significantly.

Have you?

In the 2005 era bail out: [look at the 2007 10k]

Toucan Capital (the fund she managed) invested about $6.8M, all was converted to stock and probably near worthless. We have no idea how much of that was hers.

Toucan Partners (a partnership she was principal in) loaned about $6.5M and all was paid back with interest. We also do not know how much was hers, but she took no loss on that.

In the later years until recent it was Cognate as the bank. We have no way of knowing the numbers. But Cognate did well enough with NWBO as it's main customer to get bought up.

The recent $5.5M loan is now mostly paid back with a nice profit.

And that leaves the $5M mystery transaction where a 3rd party gave her shares for an owed debt.

And that is it. Maybe a few million of her dollars in it. Though I would bet she is actually plus when Cognate is factored in.

And for whatever sum that actually is, she has 29M shares worth about $7M. She has 110M options/warrants that are worth a decent amount (likely $5M+).

OTOH, NW invested about $100M and retail invested about $700M in the same time frame.
