This case is against Liquidmetal Coatings, correct?
This company has been around for years, why are they now taking action against them? It was my understanding that the BMG coating formulas he used were his. They use spray coating of BMG's of other materials to create a durable surface (mostly used in oil industry).
So I am confused why you think this is a laughing matter? This seems like a serious case to me. What am I missing here?
