Think that about sums it up. However, few in the OTC are thinking longterm and PCTL, while always a gamble, seems more of one now. I think it's obvious the price plummets tomorrow as people jump ship. Might make a good entry point for those looking to jump on board at a much more attractive price point.

But as many have pointed out, much of this info is a month old so who knows what comes next. Could there be developments in the works? Hard to say.

Hoping for some good news coming soon.

Suspension is likely off the table too because their filings are current.

I don't see this breaking $0.02 without any news though.

Also, they need cash and they need it immediately. With no merger on the table, they need cash from notes. The notes will have to be convertible.

Unfortunately the entire A/S is reserved for current noteholders. So they will need to raise the A/S significantly. Trading this close to a penny, it would make sense for them to reverse split before doing that.

Given their immediate need for cash, I think those actions will happen very quickly.

dcg* ran to $2 and is still at .96... and it has 6 million in debt-pctl can sign a loan agreement to pay off the less than 2 million-imo-their technology is worth a lot...jmho...
