Why would they RS a 300M SS stock? Just to have it trade @ $2.00 and then bleed it down? That makes no sense to me. If anything they would have to raise the AS.

There are no notes converting until the end of this year. They have between now and December to raise cash for those notes or the next round of dilution will commence.

Not all of their debt is convertible debt. However, there's a significant chunk, and if 157M shares were issued for $113k in debt retirement, there realistically could be another 100-150M shares issued if they aren't able to find a solution.
