That’s right. There is a price that will make sense to sell. And I’m not sure that price will need to be a blockbuster. The price will mostly be a function of competitive offers, assuming a term sheet hasn’t already been inked with Merck. Once the players in BP have an opportunity to submit offers, LP will make a decision on the most attractive.
The Cognate sale was an indicator that Linda’s a financial investor, not someone who is looking to operate a biotech company. And I’m sure everyone on the Board and other investors linked to LP would like a nice return on their investment, sooner rather than later.
