What part of it doesnt matter how much they file or continue to file with the SEC will not reverse the FACT they cannot get an approved Form 211 from FINRA??????? HOW MANY MORE TIMES DOES IT NEED TO BE POINTED OUT? A 3 day process starting on April 12th resulted in no ticker, no quotation and no Daily List.
They could file a 10K tomorrow and it will not reverse what has already happened, no Form 211 from FINRA.
