I recall seeing something in the ICER report where they linked V retail costs of ~ $3k, $6k, and $9k to the QALY thresholds of $50k, $100k, and $150k, believe I even posted something about it here, claiming "BP will double or triple the price of V after a BO based on ICER cost analysis", don't think anyone responded. Don't have the PDF open to find that statement to see how it relates to the $18k/QALY and 5.5x price increase to reach $100k threshold - perhaps that is based on the WAC cost, not retail?
