Investors options... We are limited because of forward looking statements and loi'. But, if there are insiders and embezzlement factors that can be proven (likely there are especially with pop out of nowhere companies receiving tens, hundreds of thousands and millions of dollars) a class action lawsuits could be filed.
Problem with that is the company could go bankrupt and everyone gets nothing.
No harm in filing a complaint with the better business bureau if you can provide factual information (free) which I had considered in the past but did not do.
