Ackman has publicly indicated that he does not have to report (institutional holdings) on OTCBB stocks.

Its not Ackman's idea these are OTCBB stocks..given his interests in the companies, Im sure he would rather this fannie gate be over with and these stocks uplisted to NYSE so that he has to report them.

I looked for the article, of several years ago, when he explained that reporting on OTCBB stocks is not required. I could not find it, but others may be able to.

While I agree with most of YG's posts, I do think its important the reason why Ackman isnt reporting..and its not HERA. Its just they are OTCBB stocks and he does not have to.

Thanks HIM. I may not totally agree with everything you post. (And you might consider a bit of editing here and there but I digress). Regardless. I very much appreciate your information. And the effort you make to present a view that's derided by so many OBVIOUS shills on this thread. If shareholders end up getting $170+ a share you'll be the hero. And the smartest guy in the room. Every other institutional and fund investment has made the filings and those published documents confirm what I said about big buyers piling into FNMA common shares (and JPS, too). You claimed otherwise.

Please PROVE what you said rebutting my analysis... one that has been frequently, similarly presented on multiple forums including this one.

The entry of major investors is highly positive for the future of this stock. Why malign a positive view?
