Ackman has publicly indicated that he does not have to report (institutional holdings) on OTCBB stocks.

Its not Ackman's idea these are OTCBB stocks..given his interests in the companies, Im sure he would rather this fannie gate be over with and these stocks uplisted to NYSE so that he has to report them.

I looked for the article, of several years ago, when he explained that reporting on OTCBB stocks is not required. I could not find it, but others may be able to.

While I agree with most of YG's posts, I do think its important the reason why Ackman isnt reporting..and its not HERA. Its just they are OTCBB stocks and he does not have to.
