I'm not saying it's a scam but lets compare facts
DCGD/GRN Holding Corp is an empty shell company
DCGD CEO allowed 6 million shares to come off restriction
CEO and manager of GRN Funds LLC is not a licensed broker or financial advisor, as required by Washington state law
He and GRN Funds are not mentioned in the Seattle times or High Times magazine.
He's mentioned 3 times in mjbizdaily, none in over 13 months
There's no "federally chartered bank" associated with him
No 8k filed for the new CFO, controller, or VP of Operations
No 8k to explain how DCGD is having growth and success in a burgeoning industry
