Wait... is it the SEC or FINRA?

Stated before the SEC isn’t the deciding one but the FINRA is... now it’s the SEC... hmmm

Again there is no letter from either the SEC OR FINRA saying they didn’t get approval or that they were denied as of now. So there are no facts of them never getting approved and quoting again it’s only an opinion and nothing else!
