#83884 RE: Gargantuan #83883

I beg to differ.

1. SGSI is much more focused as a company. ICLD had everything from data storage to Netlayer to TNS. The random hodgepodge of subsidiaries hurt ICLD.

If that was true, than why is SGSI acquiring a company, who product is increasing the shelf life of lead batteries, which has absolutely nothing to do with SGSI core business. (remember the cell tower battery backup system software is part of Wavetech Global not Wavetech GBMH see newest SGSI presentation)

2 ICLD had much higher debt to revenue than SGSI has currently.

Yes now, but ICLD was claiming over 70 million of revenue at one time.

3. ICLD's competition was much higher. They were competing with Cisco and Amazon especially for network products and clients. SGSI doesn't seem to have the same level of competition in the telecom space.

Here I totally disagree. Yes ICLD was trying to compete in the big boys cloud space, but that was only part of their business,( I may have this wrong but doesn't cloud technology require far less equipment cost, warehouse space and material maintenance than construction companies.) All of SGSI is competing against hundreds of small time regional operations as well as the work force of AT&T, Verizon and other major cell phone carriers.

As PRed 33% of ADEX revenue came from one company (7.5 million per year out of 20 million annually) the last 3 years.
