The original question regarding this posted theory:

I stated this was entirely possible and asked for a follow up(still waiting), it probably is illegal.

I felt it was plausible because Dum-Dum Kim sat on the Polartech "partnership' for three years.I never said sitting on this news specifically was illegal.It was stupid to do so though.
It only cost chairholders 3 more years of suffering at a nickle.

JMHO...Polartech pushed the April 17th announcement since they were in talks with Miliken to get their deal done. It might have been used as a pot sweetner???
