The original question regarding this posted theory:

The 1 for 40 was to scare the price down for the warrants to be issued last month. He needed those at a lower price. ... and possibly financing...



I stated this was entirely possible and asked for a follow up(still waiting), it probably is illegal.

I felt it was plausible because Dum-Dum Kim sat on the Polartech "partnership' for three years.I never said sitting on this news specifically was illegal.It was stupid to do so though.
It only cost chairholders 3 more years of suffering at a nickle.
