Sometimes the brokers see it before anyone else... it may pay to call them and ask if they see anything. Ive seen this happen several times before.

I believe it will just show up when approved etc

Sometimes your broker's Corporate Actions team can convey the new CUSIP number. I believe they have to wait on the transfer agent for the new symbol. It should show up on that site any day now.
