Chy3a it does look like along ways to go, until all the claims are settled at that.. Also it looks like, a lot of these are shareholder claims..If they can be settled or dismissed thru bankruptcy, by way of LTU's, then the list could be greatly shorten.. Either way it does look like, it will be awhile before Class B LTU's, will see any distributions. IMO
